Hello [NAME],

Here is our first attempt to keep in touch with you on a more regular basis and also inform you about the latest developments in the matter of our Main Project – the construction of BADAGANADU BHAVAN COMPLEX. We also intend to include in every letter a list of all donors who came to our help as on that date. A comprehensive list of all Donors is also being finalized and will soon be placed before you!

The letter informing us of the allotment of a Civic Amenities (CA) site not far from Andolana Circle has been received from the Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA). However, certain clarifications have been sought by us regarding exact dimensions of the site and the number of equated yearly installments to be made. We have also requested that the first installment already paid by us for the earlier allotment may be adjusted towards this allotment and that 5 equal yearly installments are approved for this allotment as well.

While a final letter is still awaited from MUDA, we have stepped up the tempo of fund-raising by sending out appeals to various hitachintakaru in and outside the country. Please forward this email newsletter to your friends, family and fellow kannadigas. Many thanks to those who have already responded to our plea for donations – your responses have been near instantaneous and indeed highly encouraging!
