As on date, the Balaga has about 560 members on its roll. A large number of them are Life Members and are also concentrated in Mysore. The groups in Mandya number about 60 and those in Nanjangud and Srirangapatna about 30-40. All our activities are therefore held in Mysore but the Members from Mandya play a major role in conducting functions like Samoohika Upanayana each year.
The Executive Committee has a representation for these groups also, such that they are not entirely out of the main stream.The Executive Committee for the year 2003-2005, which started this Building Project in all earnest, consisted of:
